Our garden was designed and planted by a group of 20 students in grades 1-6 during summer school of 2009.

Our goal was to create an outdoor classroom area that would support learning in all content areas and for students at all levels.

Our garden is a new project and a work in progress. Our goal for the future is to create stone or paved paths so that our garden will be accessible to students with disabilities. We would also like to have a raised bed that students in wheel chairs could reach.

Our garden is partially supported by school funds but we will be depending on donations for the majority of funding. We are working with our Parent/Teach Organization to develop a network of supporters.
