• What will your garden team/organization do? Be responsible for? Over what period of time?
• What skills do you think you will need to run a successful garden education program?
• Who should fill those jobs?
• How will you develop a plan, strategies and a budget?
• How will you assign tasks and responsibilities and develop timelines and benchmarks for success?
• How will you identify needs and resources?
• Who will raise your funds?
• And...
