Children's gardens provide opprtuntities to address school subjects, enhance educational activities and expand learning opportunities that meet the needs and interests of diverse students and communities. Focus can engage any or all of the following:

1. Academic – Langauage Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, etc.
2. Therapeutic - Mental, Emotional, Behavioral, Spiritual
3. Vocational - Activities of Daily Living, Interests & Hobbies, Jobs & Careers
