Schedule the next three months of meetings and try to meet at least once a month or more frequently if possible. This will build momentum and interest.Create a sample best case year-long calendar of meetings and garden activities that takes into account the school calendar and the growing season. In three months or sooner, establish a goal of a garden education program at your school or youth organizations by a specific date (e.g. End of school year 2008, Beginning of school year 2009). Make that your target. It helps to focus everyone's attention.Go!
